No. 02 | A Madewell Moment

Time to share my most recent finds from Madewell because they’re just too good. I’ve been searching for the right chunky gold necklace for some time now. Not too shiny, not too thick. This Herringbone Chain Necklace is made of gold-plated brass which makes it the perfect “not-too-shiny” piece. I’m not a huge layering kind of girl, so I’m pleased that this necklace is a statement all on it’s own.

I’m not a total retro kind of gal, but this 70’s inspired polo just does something to me. I haven’t styled it yet, but I can picture some high waisted trousers in a dark brown or even black to dumb down the retro and kick up that classic french vibe.

Everybody knows I’m a sucker for vintage inspired cuts and fittings. Hence why I gravitated towards this square-neck sweater tank. It’s so great on it’s own, yet perfect for layering. It’s a slim fit and tuck-in-friendly which is great for my high waisted jeans. It comes in a soft cream and a dusty brown so naturally, I needed both.
